Cristiano Ronaldo's mum has given her blessing to his relationship with a sexy Pop Idol star.
Dolores Aveiro said she adored the Manchester United player's blonde girlfriend Luciana Abreu.
She confessed: "She's a lovely person - a real sweetie. I talk to her all the time and we're often together. She's so beautiful. I'd love to have her as my daughter-in-law."
Dolores told a Portuguese magazine: "I'm hoping she's not the one that gets away but you can't tell what will happen with things of the heart."
Luciana, 22, lost out in her native Portugal's Pop Idol contest in 2004, but went on to represent her country in the Eurovision Song Contest and now has an acting role on kids' TV.
It's said she's been seeing 22-year-old Ronaldo, for six months - though that didn't stop him taking part in a four-hour orgy with five prostitutes and two other Man Utd stars last month, as revealed by the Sunday Mirror.
